PHASE 1
Work with Frank to define your goals and establish a fitness/nutrition and emotional wellness plan tailored just for you. Establish a foundation of new habits and behaviors to reach your goals as an established program and official lifestyle change.
3 MONTHS
During the next 3 months, you will begin to build on the foundation from phase 1 and continue learning new habits and behaviors. Here you will start to gain strength and clarity as your body and mind adjust to the healthier you and respond to the satisfaction gained through increased exercise, regular outdoor activity, and adventure.

During the next 3-month Phase 3, you will begin to dial in more specific nutritional targets for focusing on any additional goals you would like to achieve.
